Management Analyst 3 - Internal Only: Telework

• Create and establish Portfolio Performance monitoring, developing plans to assess effectiveness
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with teams to set targets and goals
• Schedule and manage workstreams using project management tools to ensure deliverables are completed
• Analyze processes and outcomes to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct research related to business processes and projects within assigned portfolios
• Manage communications and organize project documentation
• Assist project managers in identifying and mitigating risks
• Lead small to medium-sized projects, including strategy development and implementation of best practices
• Benchmark industry standards and facilitate brainstorming for innovative solutions
• Organize and lead collaborative groups, planning timelines, actions, and deliverables

• Developing/facilitating and/or leading team sessions, training and presenting information
• Organizing and leading team projects
• Conducting research and data analysis
• Coordinating and prioritizing multiple, complex assignments of a competitive nature
• Ability to Communicate and Collaborate Interpersonally; strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers, partners, employees, and managers
• Ability to write effectively composing professional emails, letters, documents, and reports with clarity, accuracy, and appropriate tone
