Physical Therapist Assistant

Provide specialized physical therapy services in a K-12 educational setting supporting students with diverse needs across two school sites in New Britain, CT. This contract position runs from September 2, 2025, to June 12, 2026, with a focus on enhancing student mobility, independence, and vocational readiness.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized physical therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy and provide consultative support
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
• Support students' functional mobility, safety, and independence
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress

• Valid Connecticut Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain
• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
