L&I Industrial Relations Agent 2 | Work that Matters
Responsibilities
- Investigate prevailing wage complaints and identify violations of prevailing wage laws
- Communicate with contractors, employees, and awarding agencies
- Conduct in-depth audits of payroll and timecard records
- File liens with public agencies
- Prepare Notices of Violation (NOV) and participate in the appeal process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 1 year of experience in labor/employment relations and regulations
- Associate’s Degree AND 3 years of experience in labor/employment relations and regulations
- 5 years of experience in labor/employment relations and regulations
