L&I Industrial Relations Agent 2 | Work that Matters

Responsibilities

  • Investigate prevailing wage complaints and identify violations of prevailing wage laws
  • Communicate with contractors, employees, and awarding agencies
  • Conduct in-depth audits of payroll and timecard records
  • File liens with public agencies
  • Prepare Notices of Violation (NOV) and participate in the appeal process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 1 year of experience in labor/employment relations and regulations
  • Associate’s Degree AND 3 years of experience in labor/employment relations and regulations
  • 5 years of experience in labor/employment relations and regulations
