About the role
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this senior individual contributor position is also responsible for all phases of the design and/or construction process of moderately complex construction and/or refurbishment projects, or series of projects, generally in the range of $50-100 million in cumulative budget responsibility

- Ensures the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse project stakeholders
- Provides insight to key stakeholders and project sponsors
- Communicates tough issues to stakeholders while maintaining an independent opinion
- Provides recommendations, delivers presentations, and provides reports to various senior audiences
- Assists with reviews of vendor performance levels
- Ensures service level agreements are met
- Partners with Procurement and/or Legal to develop service level and/or scope of work agreements
- Assists with contract negotiations with vendors
- Reviews project invoices submitted by vendors for accuracy
Requirements
- Minimum four (4) years experience in construction and/or design project management
- Minimum one (1) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and minimum five (5) years experience in project management or a directly related field
- OR Minimum eight (8) years experience in project management or a directly related field
