Principal Product Manager

Are you a seasoned product leader, passionate about Mac user experiences, and able to provide strategic and tactical guidance to other team members? If so, the Teams Core Client team in Prague is looking for you!

• Evolve and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for the Microsoft Teams Mac clients.
• Partner with Design, Customer Experience PMs, Engineering and others to align on, champion and drive cross-platform Craft initiatives for the Teams Clients.
• As Pillar lead, provide strategic leadership, coaching and evaluation for the Notifications and Globalization PM.
• Make outstanding product experiences, define new features and capabilities, and work across disciplines to bring these experiences to customers through specs, plans, prototypes, experiments, success metrics, and rollout, followed by measuring and reporting impact on OKRs.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer feedback and drive solutions to address dissatisfaction and unmet needs.
• Contribute to a healthy and harmonious team culture and improve efficiency in a rapidly evolving environment.

• Bachelor's Degree AND experience in product/service/program management or software development
• OR equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with a focus on Mac experiences.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams with or without formal authority, and fostering healthy cross-group partnerships.
• Experience creating and delivering excellent communications and presentations, showcasing your ability to communicate complex ideas to others, including leadership, in a clear, effective, and motivating manner.
