Responsibilities
- Provide consultation to employees and supervisors on FMLA, PFML, pregnancy disability, domestic violence, military, and shared leave.
- Explain state and federal regulations, agency policies, and Collective Bargaining Agreements related to protective leave.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of professional human resources experience, OR a mixture of relevant education and experience equaling five (5) years.
