UI/UX Designer

The Apple Beats team is looking for a human interface designer with the passion and skills to create high quality interaction, graphic, sound, and haptic experiences for our digital and physical products in a fast-paced environment

• Oversee full design process from establishing requirements, defining features, and developing deliverables rooted in user-centered design and feasibility
• Distill complex design and interaction concepts, present, and debate them with designers, engineers, and leadership
• Iterate on intuitive experience concepts through rapid prototyping
• Deliver high-quality design solutions under tight deadlines and with input from many cross-functional stakeholders and user feedback
• Document interaction details and design specifications for implementation

• 3 years of related work experience with a Bachelors degree
• Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and a strategic vision for crafting innovative design solutions
• Mastery of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and similar design tools
• Ability to develop and validate design concepts through sketches, wireframes, visual comps, and prototypes
• Comfortable with working independently and collaborating with cross-functional partners in design, software, hardware
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Expertise in handling simultaneous complex projects while maintaining high quality design standards—excels in time management
