Food Stand Attendant

As a Food Stand Attendant, you are responsible for working in a fast-paced theme park environment with high pressure situations and work as a team to create seamless experiences for our guests year-round. This role includes accurately taking and filling orders of food and beverage requested by guests, effectively operating cash registers, maintain clean service areas, maintain accuracy of supplies, and inventory of products of assigned areas. Provide exceptional guest service by positively interacting with guests and team members of all ages.

• Verify cash balance at the beginning and end of shift
• Operate cash register; accepts cash and credit cards
• Advise lead cashier on need for cash mid-days and complete change requests, per established procedures
• Set up the venue, stock, clean, organize and maintain a clean sanitized food service area
• Process guests’ food and beverage orders and up sell products
• Follow all food proper portioning procedures to maintain cost
• Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests
• Answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner
• Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be 18 years older
• Previous Customer Service and Cash Handling Experience Preferred
