About the role
Utilize specialty databases to abstract patient data from electronic medical records for the application of medical registries. Perform primary data abstraction duties for clinical measures and registries while ensuring high levels of abstraction accuracy and ensure alignment with organizational quality standards. Identify and communicate trends in clinical data to leadership.

Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
