Co-op, Flight Operations Crew Resources - Pilot Pay Experience and Analytics

The Delta Pilot Pay team is seeking a highly motivated and data-curious Co-Op who is excited to leverage data to improve the Pilot Pay Experience.

• Process Insights & Advisory - Focused on deepening understanding of the pilot pay experience and championing customer service needs for our pilots during the monthly flying schedule and pay period.
• Pay Analytics - Conduct ad hoc analysis to understand pay performance, identify knowledge gaps and learning opportunities for teams who influence pilot pay.
• Pay Experience Strategy - Support long-term strategy development to drive the future direction of the pilot pay experience.

• Experience or a demonstrated interest in data analysis and coding, preferably SQL
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills
• Robust verbal and written communication skills at all levels
• Ability to work well in teams
• Currently must be enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field.
