About the role

The Preboarding Experience Specialist will support the preboarding life cycle at Southwest by assisting the Talent Acquisition Team to drive quality hires for positions at various levels.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a single point of contact for Candidates and Employees throughout the background and preboarding life cycle
  • Manage appropriate Candidate workload volume independently and efficiently
  • Manage escalations and troubleshoot issues
  • Educate Internal and External Customers
  • Provide legendary customer service and attention to detail
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador
  • Provide ongoing support for in-person/virtual hiring events
  • Send Candidate communication and status updates
  • Preboard Employees and review hiring-related tasks
  • Manage logistics for new hires
  • Evaluate and verify data required to complete Clearances

Requirements

  • Knowledge of human resource principles and procedures
