The Litigation Administrator will represent the Department as the lead negotiator working with litigants, attorneys, mediators, and arbitrators.

• Managing and administering comprehensive litigation programs

• Developing and reviewing settlement documents
• Auditing, Regulatory Responses, and Consultation

• Bachelor's degree
• Five years of professional experience managing governmental type claims and lawsuits
