• Day to day facilities escalations
• Building health, safety and compliance
• Facilities management of Sky Spaces Estate
• Physical Security service lead across the Sky Spaces Estate
• Business Stakeholder Management

• Proven experience in facilities and security management
• Recognised qualifications in both areas
• Member of IWFM and IOSH/NEBOSH
• Required working knowledge of hard service operations
• Client side experience and experience managing complex estates highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder management and Excellent communication skills
• Commercial acumen and budget management expertise
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Full driving licence with flexibility for extensive travel and overnight stays as required
