• Manage a team of 4+ employees responsible for providing Risk Control service
• Manage work assignments for staff in assigned territory
• Complete performance reviews with input from FD or AVP
• Guide staff on skill development
• Act as Risk Control liaison to local business partners

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Typically has a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in Risk Control experience
• Strong understanding and technical knowledge risk control principles for property and casualty lines of coverage
