The Personal Insurance Data Technology team is looking for an experienced data professional to modernize our data engineering practices

• Modernize data design practices across analytical and transactional systems
• Lead change management to advance adoption of AI accelerators
• Implement and develop analytic data products
• Recommend data strategies to support various consumption patterns
• Oversee the operationalizing and automating of all capabilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM related field or equivalent
• Twelve or more years of related work experience
• Six or more years of team leadership experience
• Industry level expertise of capabilities and direction of technology
