Financial Analyst

Assist the business in identifying opportunities to improve profitability. Achieve improvements in our operating model to optimize efficiency and expenses. Use technology and tools where appropriate to reduce manual activities and improve quality, timeliness, and accuracy of business insights.

• Produce monthly KPI’s and perform analysis on Lexington’s premium performance across various Business Units
• Prepare quarterly KPI’s and other reporting deliverables for the quarter close reporting process

• At least 3 years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Superior organizational skills and ability to multitask to meet competing deadlines
