Elite Service Associate

• Answer calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products
• Connect with customers via phone and build an experience where customers know they have been heard, understood, feel valued and important
• Commendable and priority handling of inbound service calls
• Communicating applicable information to customers regarding Delta Vacations products, services, policies, and procedures

• Ability to multi-task and understand multiple products
• Digital literacy and comfort with navigating web-based, email, and internet searches
• Demonstrate clear cheerful, and courteous verbal and written communication using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
• Proven reliability and committed by maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation and goal attainment
• Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
