We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team as a Travel Case Management (Utilization Review) RN (Registered Nurse) in Sitka, AK. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing case management (utilization review) for patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care, and developing and implementing care plans to ensure patient outcomes.

• Manage case management (utilization review) for patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Develop and implement care plans to ensure patient outcomes
• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and facilities to ensure seamless care transitions

• BLS certification
• Current RN licensure
• 2+ years of experience in case management or related field
