Responsibilities
- Review and analyze large sets of program data to find trends, risks, and early warning signs.
- Examine state and federal rules to evaluate whether current policies and procedures are effective.
- Prepare clear reports, summaries, and briefings that explain findings in plain language.
- Support projects by organizing tasks, timelines, and deliverables to keep work moving forward.
- Help design and improve tools that detect unusual activity or system weaknesses.
- Test and validate data and reports to ensure accuracy before information is shared.
- Work with staff across the agency to improve processes and strengthen program integrity.
- Develop training materials that help staff better understand fraud risks and prevention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or a related field.
- Four years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations.
