Engineering Program Manager

Apple EPMs are responsible for building and communicating project definition, development milestones, project status, and aligning critical decision points in the development of new products

• Create and maintain decision matrices and following project schedules
• Evaluate course of action in a timely manner when issues arise
• Enable the development effort by creating and supervising an efficient, streamlined process
• Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management
• Offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management
• Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for facilitating decision-making
• Reporting and presenting to senior management on project status and schedules

• BS ME/EE/CE degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience as an practicing engineer or program manager
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
