About the role

Regulatory Event Tracking (RET) Reporting Analyst, VP (Hybrid) - The Regulatory Strategy and Development team is responsible for aligning the Regulatory Event Tracking (RET)system with the Regulatory Engagement Strategy and ensure all required regulatory information is accurately tracked, managed and reported.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the RET system reporting layer, ensuring alignment with recent application updates and user requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support Regulatory Event Tracking.
  • Monitor Data Control Requirement Matrices (DCRMs) and enhance RET adherence to control frameworks including Cross Border Data Clearance, Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), and Lead or support data transformation and migration activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Liaise with technology teams for system enhancements, data integration, and issue resolution, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting capabilities.
  • Corough busnduct thoiness analysis to identify reporting needs, process improvements, and system enhancements.
  • Write clear, concise, and comprehensive business requiremtsen documents (BRDs) for system and reporting functionalities, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and reporting automation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8–10+ years in financial services or regulatory reporting roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and data governance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Experience liaising effectively with technology teamd brs anidging the gap between business and IT.
