About the role
Therapy may include individual, family, couples or group counseling as well as psycho-educational groups to promote patient emotional, spiritual, and psychological health.
Responsibilities
- Contributes towards the delivery of quality health care with a concern for the well-being of those served.
- Provides high quality patient care by performing intake assessment, determining diagnosis, developing and maintaining a treatment plan, concurrent reviews and discharge planning for patients in the Behavioral Health Program.
- Therapy may include individual, family, couples or group counseling as appropriate, using clinically sound and evidence-based practices as current with Colorado State Mental Health laws, regulatory agencies, and Centura policies and standards of care.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
