Process Specialist - Reporting, Analytics and Development Operations

To accurately and efficiently complete tasks and objectives within the scope of Reporting, Analytics and Development Operations (Devops) work types such as reports, dashboard, scorecards, and other supported tasks and processes. Responsible for working with different work streams and departments to support strategic objectives and continuous improvement.

• Supervise a team or manage assigned sub-function, including but not limited to: Reporting, Delivered recurring and ad-hoc reports/dashboards following internal reporting standards and best practices by collecting, validating, interpreting, and organizing data into standard and/or bespoke reports of assigned LOB/s
• Exercise sound judgment while analyzing data to ensure a high level of accuracy and timeliness
• Manage assigned reporting processes in a complex dynamic environment
• Maintain and improve the reliability, efficiency, and functionality of reports and related processes

• At least High School diploma
• 1.5 years of relevant working experience in a call center environment
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office with strong Google Sheets/MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical and organization skills, and attention to details
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative cycle with multiple deliverables under scheduled deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability convey technical concepts in an easy to understand manner
• Adept at learning new tools and independently problem solve with speed and confidence
