Regional Security Manager

At Travelers, Corporate Security is essential in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets while aligning with the company’s overall mission and strategic objectives.

• Assist and support Corporate Security with providing excellent security services and commitment to protecting people and property.
• Develop, implement, and manage regional security plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of company assets, employees, and customers.
• Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending corrective actions and mitigation strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Law Enforcement, Security or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with a major law enforcement, intelligence, public or private sector security organization.
• Experience in security operations and investigations.
• Experience collaborating with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
