About the role

The Propel Co-Op is responsible for pulling data, developing reports and analyzing information to guide Propel decision making. Assist in crafting written communications for Propel Career Pathway participants and candidates, create and post social media content, design creative graphic design content, assist with creating and posting content for The Propel podcast, support Propel data analysis of social media metrics to measure against goals, and assist with Propel events, activations and team projects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Pull data, develop reports and analyze information to guide Propel decision making
  • Assist in crafting written communications for Propel Career Pathway participants and candidates
  • Create and post social media content (both Delta internal and external social channels)
  • Design creative graphic design content for various media channels
  • Assist with creating and posting content for The Propel podcast
  • Support Propel data analysis of social media metrics to measure against goals
  • Assist with Propel events, activations and team projects as needed

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a degree in communications, public relations, marketing, social marketing, or a related field
  • Must have a strong writer with business acumen and curiosity
  • Must be a creative thinker with the ability to design and edit multi-media projects
  • Must possess good listening and questioning skills to adequately understand and develop solutions
  • Must be proactive, organized and able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have an intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Canva, Instagram and YouTube
  • Must be a team player with exceptional integrity and reliability
  • Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all processes and procedures
  • Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
