• Established and growing surgical oncology practice
• Balanced schedule of 2–2.5 clinic days, 4 hours administrative time, and 1 week of acute call/month
• Team-based care model with 1 surgeon, 2 APPs, and robust clinical staff
• Pre- and post-operative care, wound management, and oncology navigation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate confidence in working independently after training, with strong clinical judgment

• Background in Surgery or Critical Care
• Experience in cancer patient care
• Comfortable with pre- and post-operative care, wound management, and oncology navigation
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
