Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with educators, RBTs, paraprofessionals, and families to support student behavior
• Analyze behavior data and make recommendations to optimize interventions
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expert insights on behavioral goals and supports
• Train school staff in evidence-based behavior strategies and ABA techniques
• Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior support staff

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Prior K-12 school-based experience
• Strong working knowledge of ABA principles, behavior support, and data collection
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
