Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with educators, RBTs, paraprofessionals, and families to support student behavior
- Analyze behavior data and make recommendations to optimize interventions
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expert insights on behavioral goals and supports
- Train school staff in evidence-based behavior strategies and ABA techniques
- Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior support staff
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Prior K-12 school-based experience
- Strong working knowledge of ABA principles, behavior support, and data collection
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
