Director, Actuarial and Analytics – Business Insurance Liability

• Take ownership of Benchmark tools for General Liability, Umbrella, and Professional lines across Business Insurance
• Manage two direct reports
• Drive Benchmark initiatives forward as part of modernized Umbrella and GL rating and data
• Leverage advanced analytics tools to monitor portfolio mix and Benchmark effectiveness
• Effectively communicate with business partners, with ability to convey technical details concisely, translate business requests into analyses, and provide actionable insights

• College degree in STEM related field
• Associate Actuarial Credential preferred
• 7+ years of quantitative analysis experience
• Strong understanding of insurance products and industry
• Demonstrated ability in actuarial and quantitative analysis and statistical concepts
• Management experience
• Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills
