Adaptive PE Teacher in Saint Paul, MN - Soliant

• Develop and implement individualized physical education programs
• Collaborate with special education teams to create inclusive and effective educational plans
• Assess student progress and adapt activities to ensure engagement and development
• Maintain detailed records of student achievements and communicate regularly with families and staff
• Support the physical and motor development of students across all grade levels (K-12)

• Certification as a Teacher of the Physically Impaired (TPI) or Adaptive Physical Education (APE) Teacher in Minnesota
• Experience managing a K-12 caseload within a school setting
• Strong knowledge of adaptive physical education techniques and student-centered instructional strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
• Passion for fostering an inclusive physical education environment
