Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients following established protocols and standards. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and timely. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
