Technical Program Manager II - CoreAI

CoreAI is at the forefront of Microsoft’s mission to redefine how software is built and experienced. We are responsible for building the foundational platforms, services, programming models, and developer experiences that power the next generation of applications using Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI).

• Drive service livesite. Run daily livesite scrums and weekly retrospectives
• Track and drive repair items
• Analyze service interruptions and incidents patterns
• Own SLIs, TTD, time to mitigate (TTM) (and other TTX metrics, such as time to notify, etc.), pilot escapes, AIR-OD and other livesite metrics
• Establish and evolve livesite processes. Work with engineering owners to implement best practices.
• Drive tooling and infra feature design and implementation
• Influence and drive adoption of quality best practices and standards. Identifies new opportunities and works with the central teams to supplement existing quality standards.
• Deliver technical and high-level presentations. Present in various forums such as Fundamentals and other exec reviews.
• Drive multiple projects at any given time

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a technical role with systems experience
• 2+ years of experience working in the Cloud domain
• 1+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects and management of complex cross-group, cross-business, cross-disciplinary projects
