Housekeeper

The Housekeeper is responsible to maintain a clean, sanitary, and pleasing environment for patients, staff, and guests. Duties include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and removing trash. Assures that toiletry and linen needs are replenished at all times. Inventories and orders cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensures, in conjunction with the plant operations department, a safe and risk-free environment within OSHA regulations and hospital standards.

• High school diploma, GED, or combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Previous housekeeping in a hospital setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
