Core Responsibilities: Evaluates opportunities and makes recommendations regarding project progress and process improvement. Analyzes and tracks key financial metrics and operations procedures to foster process improvements.

• Communicates trends and establishes opportunities to optimize current processes.
• Performs analysis of financial or operational data and specific projects and provides insights to managers.
• Analyzes operational data to assist with the preparation of reports including, interpreting operational data and assisting with creation of weekly reports.
• Completes variance analysis by reviewing financial trends and making recommendations.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
