Registered Nurse Infusion

A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to direct nursing operations for a home infusion care startup in the Cumming, GA area.

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality home infusion care services
• Acquire and manage patient caseloads during the startup phase, transitioning to a supervisory role
• Lead and support a team of four direct nursing reports, guiding clinical and administrative functions
• Implement policies and procedures that meet regulatory and quality standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes

• Registered Nurse licensure with a minimum of five years in clinical practice
• At least two years of management experience in home infusion therapy, home health, or related healthcare settings
• Minimum of two years supervising nursing staff and clinical teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead both clinical and administrative personnel effectively
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a commitment to quality care
