Sr. Engineering Program Manager, Wallet and Payments

The Wallet and Payments PMO for the Card and Savings Program is looking for a strong Engineering Program Manager (EPM) with a solid track record of implementing large-scale, multi-functional, and cross-platform programs that drive the strategic goals of the organization.

• Lead projects and roadmap management of the Card & Savings program
• Partner and work directly with teams across the Engineering organization and cross-functional teams across Apple
• Lead the end-to-end scoping, planning, execution, and launch of initiatives
• Define roadmaps, identify and mitigate risks, secure multi-functional alignment, and implement delivery processes

• 10+ years of Technical and Cross-Functional Project and/or Program Management experience
• 6+ years of leading cross-functional projects, specifically managing dependencies across internal and external partners
• 6+ years of driving complex technical programs, defining roadmaps, identifying and mitigating risks, securing multi-functional alignment, and implementing delivery processes
• 3+ recent years of leading an engineering team through the SDLC of a customer-facing product
• Effective decision-maker who is able to balance risks and benefits
• Maintain flexibility to handle directional change and manage multiple priorities on the roadmap
• Using presentation, oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with various audiences and levels
• Facilitate and participate in technical design brainstorming sessions
• Build positive relationships with multi-functional internal organizations
