Responsibilities
- Review and analyze exception reports to identify inconsistencies and non-compliance with laws, rules, contract, policy, and procedures.
- Review investigative and audit reports, track findings and resolution.
- Issue and track adherence to corrective actions.
- Provide consultative services to Agents in assessment of Subagents for compliance with laws, rules, contract, policy and procedures.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of DOL systems and records, and National Motor Vehicle Information System (NMVTIS).
- Troubleshoot and report when problems are found with DOL systems.
Requirements
- Eight (8) years of experience in management, administrative*, or supervisory experience.
- Experience must include: Four (4) years of management or supervisory experience performing duties such as: Interview; hire; assign, direct, and evaluate work; set expectations; instruct; coach; identify training needs.
- Three (3) years using Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Calendar, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to understand and follow agency values of respect, trust, diversity, equity and inclusion through behaviors and decisions.
