Manager, Product Management - Credit Review

• Direct the day-to-day efforts for a patented custom workflow application
• Manage the day-to-day priorities and execution for a team of 7+ Engineers
• Foster a collaborative team environment by building relationships with Business partners, plus Risk Product, Technology and Design partners
• Partner with the business stakeholder to gather new requirements and with technology team to deliver new features to support business needs
• Deeply understand the analytical needs of Credit Review and partner with them to identify opportunities for improvement
• Prioritize the Product Backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes
• Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design
• Enable collaboration and ensure communication between teams
• Support the team with escalation and resolution of impediments
• Conduct training to our business customers regarding the new features of our products

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
• AWS certification
• 1+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
• 1+ years of experience with data analytics and data modeling
• 1+ years of experience with cloud and technology services
• 1+ years of experience with technical optimization, architecture, and data design
