Neonatal ICU (NICU) - Richmond, VA - $2000 - $2499/wk | FlexCare
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Assess and manage patients with complex medical needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
- BLS and NRP certification
- 2+ years of experience in NICU
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
