Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the 2025–2026 school year in an elementary school setting located in Bridgeport, CT. The contract begins ASAP and continues through June 24, 2026. This role offers an opportunity to support students from Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade, providing specialized behavioral services within an elementary classroom environment.

• Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions for a caseload of 10-15 elementary students.
• Support the elementary behavior class by designing and implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary to meet each student’s unique needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation and data collection in compliance with professional standards.

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably Pre-K through 5th grade.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
• Ability to manage a caseload within a school setting and prioritize competing demands.
