The Privacy Analyst (Management Analyst 5) within the Information Governance team may be an excellent opportunity for you!

• Providing expert level program support on privacy and confidentiality matters
• Monitoring the agency’s compliance with HIPAA
• Recommending, developing, implementing and oversight of corrective action and mitigation efforts
• Drafting, implementing and maintaining appropriate privacy policies, procedures, and notices of privacy practices
• Overseeing and monitoring privacy and confidentiality issues to resolution and document actions taken

• Bachelor’s degree in the area of business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration or a related field
• Must have outstanding writing and communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people and work collaboratively with others
• Ability to oversee or perform investigations
• Ability to competently present complex legal issues and strategies
