Occupational Therapist School Setting in Santa Clarita, CA

Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings to support students in a K-12 educational environment in Santa Clarita, CA. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) and offers the opportunity to work directly with children to enhance their functional abilities and school performance through therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized occupational therapy plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development and participation
• Implement therapeutic activities aimed at improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living tasks
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans
• Provide consultation and training to school staff on occupational therapy techniques and strategies

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with valid state credentials
• Experience in school-based Occupational Therapy preferred
• Strong understanding of K-12 educational environments and student needs
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy programs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
