Associate Demand Planner (Merchandise)

The associate planner is responsible for developing and maintaining sales forecasts for existing SKUs within a specific product category while also offering contributions to service strategy development. The role prepares key reports, monitors forecast accuracy and ensures data integrity in planning systems. They will also support the planner by performing detailed historical analysis, updating and managing forecast data and providing foundational insights that inform financial planning. By collaborating closely with Planners and cross-functional partners, this role enables data-driven decisions that optimize inventory, meet customer demand, and help realize the financial objectives.

• Develop and maintain sales forecasts for existing SKUs within a specific product category
• Offer contributions to service strategy development
• Prepare key reports, monitor forecast accuracy, and ensure data integrity in planning systems
• Support the planner by performing detailed historical analysis, updating and managing forecast data, and providing foundational insights that inform financial planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field is preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in business analytics or forecasting roles; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in a retail operation is highly desirable
