Senior Lead Counsel - Equities, Cash & Derivatives (Hybrid)

The Senior Lead Counsel I – Equities Cash and Derivatives SVP will provide transactional and advisory legal services to risk managers and business representatives within Citi’s Equities Cash and Derivatives businesses

• Provide transactional and advisory legal services to risk managers and business representatives
• Negotiate, draft, and analyze transaction agreements
• Coordinate among various groups in a large, complex organization, and with external parties
• Convey complex concepts in a straightforward, understandable manner orally and in writing

• 5-10+ years of experience
• Banking/financial industry experience or experience from big law firm
• Comprehensive knowledge of US laws and industry practices
• Proven analytical and organizational skills
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
