Technical Program Manager Lead, Pixel Test Engineering

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise.

• Establish testing strategies with the Engineers based on the scope and expectations.
• Lead and drive in-organization and cross-functional/locations teams collaboration and communications (including updates to the executives).
• Demonstrate technical knowledge, experience and thoughtful leadership to enhance test efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management, and working with cross-functional projects across multiple organizations.
• 5 years of experience in the software development or testing life cycle with consumer product launches.
• 5 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports.

• Identify process gaps, develop and drive process improvement across the teams.
• Identify important quality Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and collaborate that to Engineering KPI, post-releases and software quality.
