Director, Payment Network Technology Risk

• Serve as a technical authority, providing rigorous oversight and feedback to Payment Network Line of Business (LOB) integration activities
• Strategically influence Capital One's Payment Network LOB reliability roadmap
• Collaborate intensely with LOB architects, product managers, engineers, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams
• Provide expert counsel on the development and implementation of robust policies and standards

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 10 years of experience in technology, reliability engineering, operational resilience, or risk management
• At least 3 years of experience with payment networks, financial payment processes or technologies
