Certified Nurse Aide CNA - Oncology

Under the supervision of an RN, performs basic patient care activities. Reports to: Director

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
• CNA 1 License: Successful completion of high school Health/Science curriculum or completion of intro/prerequisites of Health/Science classes for Nursing program or successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program or 1-year previous Nurse Aide experience or successful completion of two semesters of Nursing program.
• CNA 2 License: Current Texas CNA certification with current listing on the Texas Board of Nursing Nurse Aide Registry/Certified Nursing Assistant required; three years full-time PRMC nurse aide experience and in good standing may be substituted for certification.
• Certifications: Current American Heart Association BLS certificate
