Senior Manager, Medical Pharmacy and Network Management

As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in executing the organization’s strategy initiatives for Medical Pharmacy and support Network Management with external questions on Medical Pharmacy.

• Support the prioritization of the Medical Pharmacy strategy and program implementation
• Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals, utilizing data analysis, and stakeholder feedback
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform key decision-making and positioning strategies
• Assist with establishing Market Rates for Medical Pharmacy Products on a quarterly basis to ensure consistency in the organizational pricing
• Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project management, strategy, or a related field
• Experience with Medical Pharmacy products and related product trends
• Strong execution and delivery skills, including planning, implementation, and support
• Experience in business intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and analytical problem-solving
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
