FISCAL ANALYST 1

The Fiscal Analyst 1 position will process invoices, track payments, prepare budget information, and ensure accurate financial records are maintained

• Provide fiscal support and customer service to the Basic Training Division employees and vendors
• Review payment documents to ensure accuracy
• Prepare invoices and submit for final payment

• Six (6) Semester or nine (9) Quarter hours in accounting, auditing, or budgeting
• At least one (1) year accounting experience performing accounts payable duties
• Demonstrated experience at the intermediate level with Microsoft Excel
