Part Time Clinical Pharmacist (AL & TN Licensed) - Birmingham, AL

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a part-time, 13-week contract position to provide coverage for a leave of absence. This role is based on-site in our Birmingham, AL facility, with a flexible schedule ranging from 24 to 35 hours per week.

• Review and verify prescriptions, monitor drug therapies, and provide clinical oversight
• Dispense specialty medications and counsel patients on safe and effective usage
• Oversee pharmacy technician workflows and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and standards
• Utilize CareTend system to manage prescriptions and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement and performance activities

• BS or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist Licenses in both AL & TN
• 3+ years of experience in specialty, infusion, hospital, or retail pharmacy
• Proficient with prescription review, clinical decision-making, and patient interaction
• Familiarity with CareTend (CPR+)
